Nestling in a four acre tropical garden on Olifants River Estate, the Blue Cottages Country House offers stylish accommodation in the farm house and cottages,
within good striking distance from Kruger Park and Escarpment Route.
The main house comprises the original farm manager’s cottage built in 1948, by Captain Drury, on the pioneering Olifants River Estate.
The original lampposts imported especially by Drury from London, can still be seen on the road leading to Blue Cottages.
The main farmhouse is next to Monsoon Gallery & Mad Dogz Café, which is forms part of the Blue Cottages.
The stunning Blyde River Canyon route is nearby, as are opportunities for rafting, hiking and bird watching.
